We have put together some of our most common questions and answers to help.

Drop in Service?

We work mostly by appointment only for our full grooms however the smaller services like nails cutting or face trim walk ins welcome.

Anal glands?

We currently do not offer this. We recommend seeing your Vet as this is considered a medical procedure.

Hand stripping?

We offer a modified hand strip which we call a pet strip. This is where we only take off the hair that needs to come out using the correct techniques, tools and scissors.

Do you use drying cabinets or cages?

We never use cabinets or cages to dry our dogs. We dry by hand with the dogs who tolerate this process, for those dogs who hate the dryer we leave them to dry naturally.

Aggressive dogs?

Yes we except aggressive dogs. We specialise in this area and our salon has been designed for dogs who behave this way or usually need sedation in order to be groomed. We always use two groomers for this.
